What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure enrollments in energy‑saving programs

Drive success in a high‑volume sales environment while meeting production and quality goals

Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments

Actively participate as a team member in a remote work setting, including training sessions

Navigate scripts effectively while supporting customer inquiries and maintaining performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably in a call center

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

No attendance or punctuality issues

Strong customer service orientation with a sales‑focused mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in an outbound sales environment

Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intensive work environment

Familiarity with navigating multiple platforms simultaneously

“How can I help you?” attitude towards customer service
