What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to encourage enrollment in energy-saving programs

Drive success in a high-volume sales environment using a fast-paced dialer

Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals

Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments

Actively participate in training sessions and team activities in a remote environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment

Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

No attendance or punctuality concerns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment

Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive environment while navigating multiple platforms

Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service satisfaction
