What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make outbound calls to utility customers to encourage enrollment in energy-saving programs
Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
Actively participate as a team member in a remote environment, including training sessions
Thrive in a commission-based environment focusing on defined performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
No attendance or punctuality issues
Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in an outbound sales environment
Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Comfort with navigating multiple platforms while providing customer support
Positive attitude with a focus on helping customers
