What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and encourage program enrollments

Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments

Participate as an active team member in a remote work environment, including attending training sessions

Thrive in a commission‑based role focused on defined metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably in an inbound/outbound sales call center

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

No attendance or punctuality issues

Comfort in a fast‑paced environment while managing customer support and navigating multiple platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers

Previous experience in a sales‑oriented role with a focus on customer service satisfaction

A proactive "How can I help you?" attitude
