What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments
Participate actively in a remote team environment, including training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call centre
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Strong commitment to scheduled work hours with punctuality
Sales‑oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual proficiency to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
Previous experience in outbound sales environments
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intensive work environment
