What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Make outbound calls to utility customers to secure enrollments in energy‑saving programs

Drive success in a high‑volume sales environment, meeting daily and monthly goals

Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments

Participate actively in a remote team environment, including training and development sessions

Provide exceptional customer support while navigating multiple platforms

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer‑facing environment

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to type 35+ words per minute

No attendance or punctuality issues

Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment

Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers

Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intensive work environment

Positive attitude and willingness to support customer needs
