What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals
Curate and create advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and market trends
Define and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement content
Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role
Strong project management experience across diverse teams
Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
Ability to balance multiple priorities and navigate dynamic environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement
Collaborative stakeholder management and alignment experience
Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact
Flexibility in managing competing priorities and meeting evolving expectations
