Territory Sales and Service Representative

in the

San Antonio, Texas

market who will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to help achieve a cleaner, safer & healthier environment for all.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Leverage tools and technology (tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs.

Communicate our value to customers to meet their needs and grow sales within existing accounts.

Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.

Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person as needed.

Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions.

Demonstrate safe equipment use to ensure customers’ operations are fully functional.

Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.

Position Details

This is a field‑based position that may require travel to San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.

During training, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks; the remaining weeks are in‑field. Ecolab will arrange and pay for travel and certain travel‑related expenses.

After training you will manage, service, and sell to established customers such as restaurants, hotels, schools, and long‑term care facilities.

Where a territory is not immediately available, you may be assigned a supporting role until a territory becomes available.

Weekend Rotation Generally, 1 in 9 weekends are required (based on business demand).

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry experience.

Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency assistance.

Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.

No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs.

Pushing/pulling.

Standing, bending, stooping.

Working in confined spaces.

Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated).

Availability to work overtime.

Driving a company vehicle as required (pre‑employment and ongoing checks).

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications.

Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical) in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or pool and spa industries.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total compensation range for this position is $58,700–$88,100, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance. Compensation is based on experience, education, training, and geographic location.
