Inside Sales Representative (Remote)
Future remote inside sales representatives will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training includes licensing.
Pay Details
Starting base salary $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings $55,000-$75,000 through base salary and commission.
Top performers can earn $85,000+.
Key Dates
Unlicensed class begins January 26, 2026.
Licensed class begins February 9, 2026.
Training & Schedule
16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Schedule 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (11am-8pm CST) minimum 12 months.
Home workspace requirements: dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet 100 Mbps download /20 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
Consult with customers on insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong persuasive interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency and PC skill.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
