ISV Field Sales

team, you'll spearhead our next phase of growth in the Integrated Software Vendor space, bringing our innovative solutions to merchants.

This is about getting close to small businesses, helping them understand how our innovative partnerships can accelerate their growth and supporting them through the full sales cycle. It’s the perfect role for a high‑energy, success‑driven software salesperson who thrives on face‑to‑face contact.

The Challenge The ISV landscape is evolving rapidly. We have partnerships across Europe with innovative providers, integrating payments into their market‑leading commercial products. Now we need to take those product solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses across Europe, build compelling business cases to solve their problems, and support them through the whole sales and onboarding cycle.

You’ll be identifying and acquiring new customers while working in a busy, international environment with plenty of room for growth.

Your Mission

Hunt and win ISV customers:

Identify and engage high‑potential customers in the target sectors.

Build compelling sales cases that demonstrate the value of our solutions.

Manage sales process from initial contact through successful onboarding and go‑live.

Drive commercial & technical partnership success:

Develop deep understanding of ISV business models, technical requirements, and integration capabilities.

Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

Support partnership approach:

Provide market intelligence that shapes our ISV strategy and product development.

Own revenue growth:

Own your revenue targets and growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

Partnership Hunter Mindset

Revenue driver: motivated by targets and understand how partnerships translate to business growth.

Relationship builder: earn trust quickly and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with a real focus on customer success.

Market challenger: comfortable competing and winning in a complex technical market.

Technical & Commercial Expertise

Software sales experience: proven track record in B2B software or SaaS sales.

Technical fluency: comfortable discussing technical integration requirements with customers in clear and compelling terms, and collaborating with stakeholders across internal technical functions.

Sales Excellence

Track record of achieving revenue targets.
