Bachelor’s degree 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement Strong project management experience across diverse teams Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles Experience with tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, or Highspot Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate dynamic environments Flexibility in adapting to evolving expectations We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
