What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of low‑billing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

Manage the end‑to‑end quoting process for new and existing accounts

Assist in the seamless transition of approved quotes into formal sales orders

Perform regular check‑ins with managed accounts to maintain consistent engagement

Provide quality support to all stages of the sales cycle to accelerate sales results

What is Required (Qualifications):

Experience working as part of a technology sales team

Strong grasp of managed services including Connectivity, SDWAN, Security, and SASE

Previous experience in a 100% remote home environment within a complex team setting

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to operate independently as an effective customer‑facing member of the sales team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with the organization’s industry trends and major issues

Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques

Understanding of effective communication concepts and tools

Experience with relationship management techniques

Ability to drive cultural changes towards results‑oriented practices
