What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of low-billing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

Manage the end-to-end quoting process for new and existing accounts

Perform regular check-ins with managed accounts to maintain consistent engagement

Assist in the seamless transition of approved quotes into formal sales orders

Provide quality support to all stages of the sales cycle to accelerate sales results

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience working as part of a technology sales team

Knowledge of managed services, including Connectivity, SD-WAN, Security, and SASE

Previous experience working in a remote home environment within a complex team

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to operate independently as an effective customer-facing member of the sales team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with industry trends, directions, and major issues in telecommunications

Strong presentation techniques and aptitude

Knowledge of negotiation concepts and techniques

Experience with data entry and reporting in internal systems

Understanding of customer interactions and creating value for clients
