What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect and run Point of Sale presentations to small and mid‑sized merchants, both in person and over the phone
Collaborate with the District Manager to set appointments and build referral partnerships
Conduct needs assessments and present tailored Point of Sale solutions to close sales
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Participate in weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one coaching sessions with leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license required for client site visits
Ability to work in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
Completion of a background check and mandatory drug screening
High school diploma or GED, along with at least two years of relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or the financial technology industry
Strong prospecting, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
Demonstrated integrity and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
