Responsibilities

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from account planning to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining an organized sales pipeline

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and engage in client meetings

Qualifications

5+ years of field sales experience in the corporate/enterprise sector with a track record of quota overachievement

Proven success in selling complex software solutions to enterprises with revenues of $500M+

Experience in leading complex sales cycles and managing relationships with C-suite executives

Strong understanding of AI applications in legal department operations

Ability to build and execute account plans while collaborating with various teams

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience with consultative, value-based solution selling

Comfort with ambiguity and managing change in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Previous experience in a role that required significant travel
