Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact through account planning and deal closing

Meet or exceed designated revenue targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs

Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce)

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the corporate/enterprise space with a proven track record of quota overachievement

Experience selling complex software solutions to enterprises with revenues of $500M+

Strong understanding of AI applications for improving legal department operations

Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close

Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to C-suite executives and diagnosing business challenges

Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort with managing change

Skills in building and executing account plans while collaborating with marketing and product teams
