Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive working relationships with dealer customers through training and support

Provide regular sales and marketing training to enhance dealer capabilities and product knowledge

Meet annual sales targets and drive sales for various product categories

Implement sales and marketing programs effectively throughout the assigned region

Manage territory logistics, including dealer visits and regular communication with the Sales team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred

Five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales, preferably in consumer products or B2B channels

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Proficiency in MS Office applications for report and presentation preparation

Willingness to travel approximately 110 days/nights per year and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the Pool and Spa industry

Demonstrated ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication skills to interact with all organizational levels
