Base Pay: $82,000 – $98,000 per year

Responsibilities
Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings with small‑ and medium‑size businesses.
Present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and key decision‑makers.
Develop and nurture a personal client portfolio across the territory.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Record daily activity updates at the end of each work day.
Qualifications
Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
Coachable and resilient, with a passion for assisting others.
Strong critical thinking and quick‑thinking situational awareness.
Hunger for learning, strong time management, and ability to work independently.
Competitive sports, coaching, athletics background is a plus.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post‑high‑school experience (or comparable). Minimum 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background considered.
