What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate and work on leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value

Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training

Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment

Outside B2B sales experience

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking

Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in prospecting and relationship management

Strong negotiation skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with sales force automation tools
