What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision

Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value

Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and meetings

Maintain and grow the customer base within the assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment

Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree

Outside B2B sales experience

Experience in a commissioned sales environment
