What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate and work leads in various territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision

Demonstrate T‑Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs

Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and leadership

Utilize sales force automation tools to manage the sales funnel and report on activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment

Ability to effectively manage tasks in a fast‑changing environment

Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)Experience in negotiation and closing deals (Preferred)
