What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value

Negotiate and close deals effectively

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management

Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

At least 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience

Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment

Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Experience in a commissioned sales environment (Preferred)

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Effective negotiating and closing skills
