What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate and pursue leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to demonstrate product value

Negotiate and close deals effectively

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management

Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment

Outside B2B sales experience

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multitasking

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree

Experience delivering superior customer service with attention to detail

Proven effective negotiating and closing skills

Familiarity with sales force automation and managing sales funnels
