What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value

Negotiate and close sales deals effectively

Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and mentorship

Maintain and grow the customer base within your assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience

Outside B2B sales experience preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in a commissioned sales environment

Proven track record in negotiating and closing sales

Familiarity with sales force automation tools

Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
