What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
Present and close deals effectively
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
Maintain and grow the customer base within a designated territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Outside B2B sales experience
Experience with sales force automation and managing sales activities
Effective negotiation and closing skills, including problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with the telecommunications industry
