What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate leads and work in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting and networking

Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs

Negotiate and close deals with small‑size businesses

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management

Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment

Proven outside B2B sales experience

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment requiring multi‑tasking

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in a customer service role with a focus on attention to detail

Effective negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem‑solving abilities
