Job Title West Coast Sales Area Manager
Key Objective Lead the strategic growth of a global contemporary home furnishing brand’s business across the Western U.S. and Canada, managing sales activities, dealer partnerships, and regional brand visibility.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and grow sales performance across key markets, including California, Western Canada, and Texas.
Manage and support a network of independent sales representatives and 40 existing accounts.
Develop and implement territory sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Skills Required
Strong regional sales leadership experience in premium/luxury furniture or design industries.
Documented success in home furnishings retail channels; established relationships with multibrand upscale home retailers within territory
Excellent account management and business development capabilities.
Passion for product, merchandising, and brand storytelling.

Location & Structure This role is remote, with proximity to major West Coast markets preferred. Travel will include regular visits to dealers, market events, and occasional meetings at the U.S. headquarters.
Travel Requirements Approximately 60% across Western U.S. and Western Canada.
