Pay Range $55,000 – $75,000 annual base + commission opportunities
Job Overview Inside Sales Agent responsible for inbound calls and warm leads. Consult customers on insurance needs, match appropriate coverages, close sales, and build long‑term relationships. Training, licensing, and benefits start on day one.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads consistently and professionally.
Consult with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
Close sales and convert leads into policyholders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Participate in 16‑week (licensed) or 18‑week (unlicensed) paid training and ongoing coaching.
Adhere to a 4‑day weekday + 1 weekend day schedule with a 11 am‑8 pm (CST) window.
Maintain a dedicated home workspace with high‑speed internet (≥100 MBps download/20 MBps upload).
Follow all company policies, including compliance, data security, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organization.
Typing proficiency and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire; licensing included in training.

Starting base salary $45 K with growth potential.
Average earnings $55 K‑$75 K through base + commission.
Top agents in year two earn $85 K+.
