What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability for assigned global strategic accounts
Develop and execute Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMPs) to identify growth opportunities
Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract management across multiple divisions
Coordinate internal resources to support customer objectives and ensure technical integration
Provide executive-level account updates, business reviews, and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required
10+ years of commercial and/or technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred
Proven solution-selling and executive communication skills
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a leadership role within a sales or account management capacity
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology
Experience in managing relationships with OEM customers and end-users
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape within industrial manufacturing
Multilingual abilities to enhance communication in a global setting
