REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – West

Develop and deliver customer sales and marketing plans for existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities. Provide detailed information on customer expenditures versus sales forecasts, budgets, trends and trade spend; measure success and formulate action plans. Manage regional brokers, distributors and operator networks, including training on product offerings, policies, performance reviews. Interact with cross‑functional teams and present to executive‑level audiences. Apply critical thinking to decision‑making using market data and intuition. Execute a comprehensive sales, marketing and trade‑spend plan for regional distributors. Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Food Service and in managing Food Service Brokers. Bachelor’s degree. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills. Travel 50% of the time; occasional weekends required. Experience training, leading and motivating a broker network. Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and cultures. Dynamic self‑starter capable of independent work and sound judgment. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and prioritize. Collaborative approach to solving issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel. Preferred Qualifications
MBA. Experience in Sales Management within a leading consumer packaging company. Experience on cross‑functional projects and key initiatives.
