What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve sales and gross profit goals through proactive sales initiatives and customer engagement

Conduct face-to-face meetings with dental laboratory customers to drive product sales

Actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling and networking

Develop and maintain business development plans for each customer to drive profitability

Collaborate with tele-sales and technical support teams to maximize account opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; some sales experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong problem resolution and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in dental or lab sales

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

Demonstrated ability to proactively engage and close sales with customers

Strong organizational and planning skills

Active learner with a desire to grow skills and product knowledge
