What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve Sales and Gross Profit (GP) goals by participating in key sales initiatives
Conduct face-to-face meetings with dental laboratory customers to drive sales and business opportunities
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media strategies
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in lab consumable products
Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
0 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in dental or lab sales
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively engage with decision-makers and demonstrate problem resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Demonstrated proactive sales approach and ability to close sales effectively
Familiarity with dental laboratory products and equipment
Willingness to travel extensively to engage with customers
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
