Day in the Life You’ll start the day with a brief team meeting to share successes, challenges, and plans. The majority of your time will be spent prospecting, developing opportunities, closing and processing sales, and recording activity in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through telephone and in‑person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments.

Meet or exceed sales growth targets by determining customer needs and effectively communicating TDS’s value proposition.

Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasts using the CRM system for all new prospective sales.

Leverage the TDS CRM to develop prospecting and sales strategies that ensure high activity and effective closing ratios.

Write and submit accurate and timely new orders following the established sales process.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience.

1+ years of cold calling experience.

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Other Qualifications

Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing, multi‑system environment.

Proven ability to manage a territory using technology, prioritization, and time‑management skills.

Track record of success in business‑to‑business sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive ability.

Access to a cell phone.

Ability to set and attain goals, create work plans, and manage performance.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and implement decisions.

Computer literacy (Excel, Word, email, Internet).

Ability to maintain quota levels.

Pay Transparency The listed salary includes both base pay and potential earnings from meeting sales quotas. The final offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and role‑specific competencies. With uncapped commission incentives, you’ll have unlimited earning potential.

Pay Range (Year): $79,000.00 – $128,400.00
