District Channel Manager | Managed Services | Enterprise Accounts ADP is hiring a Managed Services District Channel Manager for our US enterprise market. In this position you will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive Managed Services sales in an assigned territory within the GES (Large Market) enterprise sales organization.

Responsibilities

Execute the product sales strategy in partnership with field sales.

Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas.

Assist with top of funnel activities to help build pipeline.

Create and deploy industry knowledge within the assigned territory area of responsibility.

Report market information regarding competitors’ efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field.

Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, Digital sales, operations, marketing, etc.).

Drive managed services sales process and deal strategy with sales leadership.

Periodic reviews with focus on activity standards and referral activity (inbound/outbound lead flow), partner updates and campaigns.

Provide progress update to Senior Sales Leadership.

30% travel required, including overnights.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

3+ years’ experience selling Managed Services offerings in a geographic area.

Demonstrated success exceeding assigned revenue targets.

Knowledge of U.S. Payroll market.

Knowledge of ADP Payroll offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

A college degree is optional; skills to do the job are key.

Business-to-business experience in HCM (human capital management), payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management.

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.

Organized with effective time management skills.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

General business acumen.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.

Compensation for this role is USD $78,800.00 - USD $170,400.00 / Year.
