What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees across multiple departments
Define and implement measurement strategies to support operational and growth initiatives
Organize and chair performance reviews with the executive team
Develop operational solutions to support business development strategies and new market initiatives
Act as a liaison between corporate and regional sites for communicating operational initiatives and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of twelve years of relevant experience in operations or manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational impact on customer satisfaction and profitability
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees in a manufacturing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Extensive experience in World Class Manufacturing/Lean implementation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
