Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
A remote responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads in the states of Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Pay Details
Base salary: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Additional earnings through commissions up to $85k+ for top performers. Job Details
Handle inbound calls and warm leads. Consult customers on their insurance needs and match products to convert leads into policyholders. Build relationships with prospects while maintaining brand representation. Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). Participate in paid training and licensing (16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires). Use provided computer equipment; maintain a professional home workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100MBps download, 20MBps upload). Comprehensive medical benefits apply from Day 1. 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if needed).
