We are seeking an experienced Head of Inside Sales to lead our Inside Sales Department and drive operational excellence. Provide support to and directly interact with Business Partners, external sales team, and customers with any sales related needs. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with analytical insight to support business growth, provide valuable reporting to senior management, and continuously improve sales operations and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop procedures for workflow management of Inside Sales Team responsibilities. Train and guide team members on tasks relating to Inside Sales department functions

Conduct yearly appraisals, periodic reviews and take disciplinary action when necessary. Provide administrative support for Business Partner Management utilizing company calendar

Make decisions according to guidelines and best interest of Blaser. Occasional travel for Sales Meetings and events.

Input and oversee information in ERP system relating to product additions, phase-outs, discounts, customers, available markets

Negotiate contracts and invoicing with freight carriers and other related vendors. Implement cost savings measures when deemed necessary

Conduct regular meetings to communicate Company objectives and changes with team. Actively participate in Management meetings as AMMTEM member

Oversee the Inside Sales Team, their hiring, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Live the company Constitution and Code of Conduct

Keep track of sales and generate reports that cover monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting, including goals and results.

Facilitate Incentive Simplification Program (ISP), Reconcile and Investigate Year End Inventory and maintain BP distribution list and communications

Objective

Oversee and support the Inside Sales Department employees in their functions. Implement improvements to sales processes continuously

Facilitate Management Team with accessing Sales related reports and information. Collaborate with Goshen departments regularly to optimize internal

Provide support to and directly interact with Business Partners, external sales team, and customers with any sales related needs

Improve productivity of our company, through projects and process improvements

Support Senior Management with business information and process documentation. Understand customer behavior, their needs, and requirements to meet their satisfaction

Assist Sales team to accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by forecasting and scheduling accordingly, especially end of month

Requirements

4 Year College Degree (Business Related)

2 Year Office Management Experience

Power user of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM program (e.g. MS- Dynamics)

Knowledge of Metalworking Industry preferred

Well organized, hands‑on attitude

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Capable of handling multiple tasks with flexibility and reliability
