Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale Vietnamese cuisine restaurant Strong leadership presence with a passion for coaching and developing others Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Food safety and health & safety compliance knowledge Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening Executive Chef - Must Haves: Lead by example and create a positive, caring kitchen culture Attract, hire, train, and develop top culinary talent Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety Execute consistent service and foster collaboration across all positions Motivate and inspire the back-of-house team to exceed performance goals Deliver on operational targets while embracing a hands-on management style Executive Chef
Preferred Background & Skills: Prior experience opening new restaurant locations Familiarity with Asian-inspired cuisine or scratch kitchens Comfortable using scheduling and kitchen management tools Passion for continuous improvement and embracing change Strong communication skills and ability to lead with empathy and accountability This is more than a job
