$17.20$17.75 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities Training Schedule:
MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Post-Training Flexible Schedule:
MondayThursday: 8:00 AM9:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM7:00 PM Choose an 8-hour shift within these timeframes One evening shift (until 9 PM) is required weekly

Daily Tasks Reach out to individuals with delinquent accounts to discuss repayment options Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy Conduct skip-tracing to secure updated contact or employment information Negotiate payment arrangements or escalate complex cases appropriately Document all communication thoroughly and follow scripts precisely Verify data for special account circumstances, including bankruptcy or disability Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies Perform additional tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of collections experience Strong communication, reading, and typing skills Familiarity with office software and computer systems Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to follow structured procedures independently Must be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY (in-office requirement) Ready to Build a Career in Account Resolution?
