Overview
Senior Manager, Corporate Events at Profiles in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a 20-30 hour per week contract position. Remote work is available, but you must be able to attend in-person events as required.

Responsibilities
Set the vision, strategy, and execution for major corporate events and meetings
Partner with executive leadership to oversee event planning from concept to completion
Manage contracts, budgets, vendors, and all logistical aspects of events
Lead and mentor direct reports, contractors, and agency partners
Track and analyze event metrics, implementing improvements for future programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or related field
10+ years of experience planning small and large-scale corporate events
Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven success collaborating with senior executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Ability to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
