What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage 3 to 4 Distributors with over $30 million in annual Ductless product sales
Compile and report competitive product and pricing data for job quotes
Train sales channels on Ductless products and marketing programs
Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management to address them
Build consultative relationships with Distribution and Dealers to enhance trust and expertise
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, engineering, product management, or installation of HVAC ductless products
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience in Ductless sales, particularly with wholesale distributors
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
