What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
Proficient in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Strong reasoning ability to solve problems based on written or oral instructions
Familiarity with database software, internet software, and word processing software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) is preferred
Strong communication skills for effective presentations in one-on-one and small group settings
