This role is an independent contractor position (1099) with a base pay range of $90,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year, plus high‑commission earning potential on $10k+ deals.

A Snapshot of WFS Group WFS Group is a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that offers “done‑for‑you” sales services. We sell high‑ticket educational, consulting, and investment programs for clients in the digital marketing and alternative education verticals.

Position Overview This closer role focuses on inbound scheduled sales calls generated from marketing. You will use the WFS proprietary selling framework, manage the pipeline, and generate revenue. The role is not outbound, but we expect self‑motivated, hungry closers who can dial up additional opportunities.

Responsibilities

Increase product knowledge by consuming sales training center content

Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss sales initiatives and analyze call playbacks

Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework

Engage in deep, question‑led discovery dialogue to identify challenges and create urgency for WFS products

Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach

Present persuasive sales presentations via Zoom highlighting key benefits and value

Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targetsAdhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and forecasting

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a seamless sales process

Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance culture

Requirements

2+ years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals

Effective communication and presentation skills

Self‑starter with a strong drive for success

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent people skills & rapport building

Experience with and knowledge of CRM systems
