a VP, Field Sales
to join our team. Position Overview
Reporting to Genstone Financial Leadership, this role is responsible for establishing, managing, optimizing, and maintaining a profitable and highly productive consumer and Business Purpose Loan (BPL) mortgage operation. The VP manages all aspects of sales and operations, including developing teams, driving teamwork, ensuring operational excellence, and refining the operational model for sustainable growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience with a High School diploma/GED 5+ years of successful leadership in sales and operations within mortgage lending or related fields Proven ability to exceed sales targets and develop client relationships Experience in profit and loss management, financial planning, and business strategy Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and compliance orientation Self-directed with high learning agility and adaptability to change High professional maturity, integrity, and confidentiality Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of systems and workflows to improve efficiency Benefits & Compensation
