Outside Sales Representative – Hibu
We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions in a flourishing industry. Whether you have some sales experience or are new to sales, Hibu provides best‑in‑class training to help you win and grow your career.
Year 1 on‑target earnings: around $108,000 (base $65,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses). Year 2 earnings range: $115,000–$135,000 (base $65,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses).
Base salary:
$65,000

Responsibilities
Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
Websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads and SEO
Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries
