Outside Sales Representative – Hibu Join Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative and build a career in the digital marketing sector. Whether you have sales experience or are new to sales, Hibu provides commissioning-based pay with a base salary and optional bonuses, plus comprehensive training including 3 weeks of classroom training, 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing company-wide support.

Base Salary:

$65,000 per year

Year 1 Total On‑Target Earnings:

~$108,000 (unlimited commissions & monthly bonuses)

Year 2 Total On‑Target Earnings:

$115‑$135,000 (unlimited commissions & monthly bonuses)

Responsibilities

Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.

Offer services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.

Cold call business owners and prospect in a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.

Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.

Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.

Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
