Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Verify product information and quantities before placing them in the designated area.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to track picked items and update inventory.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage orders for the shipping department.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote Safety.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety regulations and wearing PPE.
