Automotive Service Advisor

DePaula Ford is looking for a customer-service oriented professional to work in our service department as an Advisor. The Service Advisor is often the first point of contact for the customer when arriving at the dealership for their appointment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively initiate automotive services and repairs by understanding performance problems as well as services requested

Verify warranty and service contract coverage

Work with coordinating departments to develop estimates

Accurately write up repair orders

Maintain customer rapport and records

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent customer service skills

Past experience in the automotive or sales industries

Above average energy level

Computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs

Must have a valid Drivers License and provide a copy of DMV Abstract
