MPV Properties is seeking an Association Property Assistant. This position is responsible for handling administrative functions relating to the daily operation of the commercial Association Portfolio and project support to the Association Operations team. Responsibilities
Association work order management and tracking in ANGUS
Initiate vendor dispatch for all service requests
Log operating property work orders in ANGUS system
Coordinate access between vendors and owners for service
Follow up with vendors to ensure completion of work orders to close out
Prepare property work order reports for weekly inspections and as requested
Maintain preventative maintenance tracking in ANGUS
Maintain logs and schedule Roof, Fire/Life Safety, Backflow, Extinguisher, Elevator, Lighting, Sweeping, and Pressure Washing
Building access control system management and updates
Review Day Porter Reports for ANGUS Input
Maintain vendor contract and renewal spreadsheets
Maintain Association Property Recurring Charges Log
Maintain Property Information Spreadsheets
Handle utility transfers as needed
Association notice communications as needed
Provide support to Senior Association Manager and Director of Associations as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Skills Required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Qualifications Familiarity with associations required
