This is not a door-to-door sales role . We focus on an educational, consultative approach while helping homeowners understands their options and make informed decisions. We provide marketing support and company-generated leads to supplement your pipeline, but success here is built on your drive to generate your own business and referrals.
Responsibilities
Educate homeowners on solar energy options through in-home consultations and personalized proposals. Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing while meeting monthly sales goals. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and self-driven outreach efforts. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and project success. Follow up on company-provided leads and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry. Ability and comfort level to sell face to face Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business. What We Offer
